Electroplating
Electroplating is a process of plating a thin layer of other metal or alloy on some metal surface with electrolytic principle,which is a process of attaching a metal film to the surface of metal or other materials by electrolysis to prevent metal oxidation (such as rust),improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectance, corrosion resistance (copper sulfate, etc.) and enhance the aesthetic effect.

Ways of electroplating
Electroplating is divided into rack plating, barrel plating, continuous plating and brush plating, which is mainly related to the size and batch of the plated parts.Rack plating can be applied to products of general size, such as bumper of car, bike of bicycle, etc.Barrel plating is suitable for small pieces, fasteners, washers, pins and so on.Continuous plating is suitable for batch production of wire and strip.Brush plating is suitable for local plating or repair.

Chrome plating
Chromium is a silver-white metal with sky-blue tints.With high hardness, good wear resistance, good reflective ability, good heat resistance.It is widely used to protect the outer surface and functional coating of a decorative coating system.

Copper plating
The copper plating layer is pink and soft, with good ductility and thermal conductivity. It is easy to be polished.

Cadmium plating
Cadmium is a silvery, shiny soft metal that is harder than tin, softer than zinc, flexible, and easy to forge and roll.

Tin plating
Tin has the advantages of anti - corrosion, non - toxic iron welding and ductility.

Zinc plating
Zinc changes little in the dry air.For steel substrate, zinc coating is an anode coating, which is mainly used to prevent corrosion of steel, and its protective performance is very important to the thickness of the coating.
